Consent to the processing of personal data by AgriA LLC

By providing personal data to AgriA Limited Liability Company (TIN 4632219394, OGRN 1164632060251, legal address 305018, Kursk, Elevatorny proezd, 10a, office 4) (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") by filling in the form fields on the website https://agriarus.ru/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") and its subdomains, the User, in accordance with the provisions of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 09.07.2012 "On Personal Data":

• confirms that the specified personal data belongs to him personally;
• acknowledges and confirms that he/she has carefully and fully read the text of the Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing Policy posted on the website https://agriarus.ru/ in the "Privacy Policy" section (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") and the provisions contained therein regarding the processing of his/her personal data specified by him/her in the form fields;
• gives his/her consent to the processing of the specified personal data in order to implement effective communication and prompt support for Users by responding to requests, as well as resolving other issues related to the competence of the Operator under the terms of the Policy;
• expresses his/her consent to the terms of personal data processing without any exceptions or limitations.

This User's consent applies to the processing of the following personal data:

• E-mail address;
• Name of the organization;
• Position;
• Anonymized user data, including cookies
  • Source of access to the Website of AgriA LLC;
  • Data about the user device (including resolution, version and other attributes characterizing the user device);
  • User clicks, page views, field filling, banner and video impressions and views;
  • Data characterizing audience segments;
  • Session parameters;
  • Time of visit data;
  • User ID stored in cookies; other cookies;
  • Other information independently provided by the user.

Processing means any actions with the user's personal data necessary for the Operator to exercise its powers stipulated by the privacy policy and personal data processing, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data, as well as transfer (provision, access).

Personal data is processed until the purpose of processing is achieved or until consent to the processing of personal data is revoked, depending on which event occurs earlier.

This consent may be revoked by the User or their representative by sending a written application in free form to the location of the Operator, or by e-mail to info@agriarus.ru

The application must include information confirming the applicant's participation in relations with the Operator (for example, the date of posting the application on the Site), or information otherwise confirming the fact of processing of his personal data by the Operator.

In the event of the User's or their representative's revocation of consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the subject if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2-11 of Part 1 of Article 6 of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

The Operator guarantees the confidentiality and protection of data from unauthorized use.
